Lloyds TSB Bank plc Australia branch has been registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") as a foreign company in Australia. We have been granted a foreign Authorised Deposit-Taking Institution ("ADI") authority from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority ("APRA") and an Australian Financial Services License ("AFSL") from ASIC. We are also a member of the Australian Financial Markets Association.
